• Bidder to provide all necessary accessories for the 2-Channel Digtal Storgage Oscilloscope to be functionable.
• Bidder to provide face-to-face equipment training to minimally cover functions, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
• Bidder to submit detailed training content, duration of training and the minimum class size for the training.
• Bidder to perform equipment calibration during testing and commissioning to ensure equipment operates and performs as per the requirement stated in the tender specification.
• Bidder to submit their recommendation on the frequency of calibration required and state the charges for each calibration session. Within the warranty period, calibration is to be carried out by bidder at no charge.
