68027B is a table top elegant IC Tester capable of testing Digital ICs up to 20 pins. I t has got 16 keys keyboard, 6 digit 7 segment LED display and 20 pin ZIF < Zero Insertion Force) socket to easi l ty inser t the ICs and test the same.
