SPECIFICATION
- Scope: It covers supply offifty (50) sets of 4-WAY DIGITAL MANIFOLD GAUGE SETS as a tool for maintenance and installation of high cooling capacity air conditioning systems applications.
- It should also cover a broad range of functions specified and it should be compact designed and it should be compatible with R410A, R22, and R407c refrigerants and sensors able to withstand pressure up to 750 psi (50 bars).
- 1. Technical Requirements and specifications:
- 1.1 The pressure gauge a design should include R22, R410A, R407C and R134a in addition to other refrigerants.
- 1.2 The manifold should read pressure, saturated pressure, sub cool and super heat temperature.
- 1.3 The LCD should be large enough to read easily.30
- 1.4 Pressure value should be displayed in psi, Bar, MPa.
- 1.5 Deep vacuum should be displayed in mBar, Pa, mmHg.
- 1.6 Temperature value should be displayed in OC and OF.
- 1.7 Resolution for pressure should not be greater than 1 psi.
- 1.8 Sensing accuracy should not be greater than ± 0.5% full scale (fs) psi and ±IOF (±O.50C) for pressure and temperature respectively.15
- 1.9 Manifold working pressure range should be up to 50 bars and overload pressure should be up to 52 bars.
- 1.10 Manifold working Refrigerant temperature range should be in between -40 to 900C 15
- 1.11 Connection port hoses should be 1/4" Male.
- 1.12 Power supply preferable if 9V DC battery with optional AC/DC adaptor.15
- 1.13 The manifold should be allows for multitude of interactive PC enhance functions capable of data logging for greater than 24hrs.
- 1.14 Each manifold should be supplied with the following items: Four different basic colors of hoses with leàgth should not be less than 1.5m.
- The hoses to be supplied shall have a working pressure of at least 50bar.
- Pair of clamp-on thermocouple with length should be not less thanlm.
- Vacuum sensor and cabie assembles.
- 2pcs of Straight style adaptor 1/4"M to 5/16"F
- It shall be supplied with casing and all accessories
