SPECIFICATION

This demonstrator bench must be designed for the study of plug-in electric vehicle charging system structure with charging voltage detection, charging current detection, and fault detection analysis. 
A schematic diagram on the front panel must show the connection between main components of AC charging station, and it must be equipped with a wide shelf to place materials and/or probable testing instruments, with self-locking casters for flexible movement.
 It must have the following characteristics:

  •  AC charging system displaying slow charging interface, slow charging wiring harness, vehicle charger, power battery and other circuits, allowing to measure the key signals and to introduce fault in the main components.

  •  A schematic panel, and a light-emitting diode light strip arranged in the protective layer of the high-voltage wiring harness showing the direction of the current.

 A touch All-in-One computer based on Windows system, with built-in human-computer interaction, to display:

  • the charging voltage, 

  • the charging pile fault code in real time,

  • the charging system output status,

  • the output current,

  • the charging temperature,

  • the output voltage,

  • the CP frequency, 

  • the CP duty cycle, 

  • the CP voltage,

  • the charging time,

  • the charging power,

  • the consumption amount,

  • the functions of fault setting and data query to set faults on internal CP circuit, smart meter, working status indicator, card reader, temperature sensor and other circuits of the charging system.

  • A charging interface (with the function of 3D vehicle dynamic rotation) allowing to choose between:

  • automatic charging, 

  • charging by power,

  • Green and red status icons to recognize the status of the charging pile.

  • A main board of the charging system with: CAN bus interface,

 The AC charging must be carried out by simulating the whole vehicle load through high-power aluminium resistance and the normal charging process could be performed ithout connecting the charging pile to the vehicle.
 It must be equipped with the following main components:

  • Protective circuit breaker,

  • Surge protector,

  • AC contactor,

  • Charging load simulator,

  • National standard charging load interface,

  • Charging gun,
