2. Essential Consumables & Accessories for Immediate Operation:
The supplied package must include all items necessary to begin testing, including:
Two (2) packs of sterile, 97-well quantitative sample trays, 100 trays per pack. Trays must have a minimum shelf
life of 15 months from the date of shipment.
Two (2) packs of dehydrated culture medium reagent for the simultaneous detection of total coliforms and E. coli in 100 mL samples, suitable for use with the supplied trays, 200 tests per pack. Reagent must have a minimum shelf life of 15 months from the date of shipment.
A color comparator chart for the visual interpretation of positive results for total coliforms and E. coli.
-A Most Probable Number (MPN) table or calculation tool corresponding to the 97-well tray format.
Protective safety glasses with lenses that filter ≥ 99.9% of harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
3. General Requirements:
Device must reliably seal standard multiwell trays used for quantitative analysis of microorganisms in water.
Device must comply with safety/regulatory certifications (e.g., CE, UL, ISO).
Bidder must state processing capacity (e.g., trays/hour) suitable for routine laboratory use.
