Assembly & Disassembly Trainers
- Technical Specification : Supply, installation, and commissioning of complete automotive assembly and disassembly training systems including gasoline engine (4-stroke, 4-cylinder), diesel engine (CRDI turbocharged), FWD manual transmission (minimum 5 forward + reverse), FWD automatic transmission (hydraulic/CVT/planetary), and a motorized engine & transmission turning stand;
- All units shall be real automotive assemblies with major components (engine parts, fuel system, gear sets, clutch packs, valve body, differential, etc.) and mounted on heavy-duty rotating stands with 360° rotation, locking mechanism, oil drip trays, and castor wheels with brakes;
- The motorized stand shall support minimum ≥400 kg load capacity with electric bidirectional (CW/CCW) rotation, control panel, emergency stop, and safety protections;
- Systems shall include component storage, parts identification/labeling, user manuals, and mounting hardware, suitable for repeated classroom/workshop training; supply must include installation, commissioning, and user training, with minimum 48 months warranty.
