Description of Function : It is used for sterilizing of wrapped and un-wrapped instruments, pouches, porous load with pre-vacuum cycle

Operational Requirements : Electrically heated, horizontal autoclave.

System Configuration : Horizontal Pre-vacuum 200L, with complete accessories.

Technical Specifications : 

• Temperature should be 121 degree C and 134 degree C.
• Autoclave shall be horizontal, chamber volume : approximately 2001
• Chamber shall be made of stainless steel.
• The autoclave shall be provided with a vacuum pump capable of achieving a high vacuum.
• The process shall include a pre-vacuum.
• The process shall preferably also include a post vacuum phase during the drying stage.
• Digital display of temperature, time. 

Accessories, spares and consumables : All standard accessories, consumables and parts required to operate the equipment, including all standard tools and cleaning and lubrication materials, to be included in the offer. Bidders must specify the quantity of every item included in their offer (including items not specified above).

• The product offered shall be designed to be stored and to operate normally under the conditions of the purchaser's country. The conditions include Power Supply, Climate, Temperature, Humidity, etc.
