SPECIFICATION
- The apparatus consists of a 365 cm long aluminium beam in two halves arranged to give the lever arm ratio of 2:1.
- Provision is made for levelling the apparatus.
- An anvil and a probe are fixed in opposite directions on the beam.
- A buzzer is provided for removing friction in the bearings.
- For movement of the assembled beam to different test points on the same pavement and clamping, spring loaded clamp is provided.
- The beam can be levelled by fine and coarse adjustments provided for the purpose.
