- c. Warranty period : Minimum 01 year against manufacturing defects
- d. Country of origin : USA, EU, UK, Chinese preferred
- e. Manufacturing standards ISO/DIN or equivalent
- f. Training : The supplier should arrange a training session for staff at free of cost
