1 Description of Function
1.1 Dialyzer reprocessors are systems which clean the dialyzer for reuse and reduce overall dialysis expenses. 
 
2 Operational Requirements 
2.1 Must have fully automatic operation. Shall have option of semiautomatic operation for customized 
cleaning. 
 
3 System Configuration
3.1 Double Dialyzer Reprocessor with all standard 
accessories. 

4 Technical Specifications 
4.1 Shall have High standardization in cleaning, volume measuring, leak testing and chemical disinfecting 
4.2 Shall have dual station dialyzer reprocessing system.
4.3 Clear touch screen 5 inch or more TFT/LCD monitor.
4.4 Close blood circuit to prevent air to blood interface.
4.5 Automated processing for dual unit of all standard dialyzer . 
4.6 After cleaning of each dialyzer, the system perform and automated test on dialyzer (pressure test and blood volume test) . 
4.7 The system should support automated disinfection using RO water, Citric Acid and bleach. 
4.8 Shall have calibration provision for min/Max water pressure, chemical concentration and bundle volume. 
4.9 Water supply: 
- Water type: RO 
- Pressure: 20 to 30 Psi 
- Consumption< 14 litters/cycles for 2 units 
of dialyzer. 
4.10 Alarm: System shall have visual and audio alarm system for: 
- low water pressure 
- No disinfectant 
- High and low chemical concentration 
 4.11 Shall have built-in battery backup system to keep system running in case of power failure. 
4.12 Should provide printer inbuilt or external.

5 Accessories, spares and consumables 
5.1 All standard accessories, consumables and parts 
required to operate the equipment, including all standard tools and cleaning and lubrication materials, to be included in the offer. Bidders must specify the quantity of every item included in their offer (including items not specified above). 

6 Operating Environment 
6.1 The product offered shall be designed to be stored and to operate normally under the conditions of the purchaser's country. The conditions include Power Supply, Climate, Temperature, Humidity, etc. 
6.2 Power supply: 220 – 240 VAC, 50Hz fitted with appropriate plug. The power cable must be at least 3 metre in length.
