- Didactic bench for studying an air/water heat pump with air evaporator and water condenser. To allow the learner at least the:
- Calculation of the energy consumed, the quantity of heat supplied, and the coefficient of performance
- Realization of the performance curves of a heat pump
- Determination of energy balances
- The bench must consist of at least :
- A hermetic compressor with power between 0.7 and 1 kw
- An evaporator consisting of an exchanger and a fan.
- A condenser with plate heat exchanger
- A high-resistance glass condenser and evaporator each with a mains-fed water circuit
- A tank with isolation valves
- A regulator
- Manometers for measuring condensation and evaporation pressures
- An energy meter power absorbed by the compressor
- Float flowmeters for measuring the water flow in the condenser and the refrigerant liquid flow in the circuit.
- A digital indicator for reading the temperatures provided by the thermocouples placed at six points of the refrigerant and water circuits (compressor inlet and outlet, condenser outlet, expansion valve outlet, water inlet and outlet).
