Key features –
The training set shall demonstrate the principles, components, and operation of an electricdriven
automotive air conditioning system, as used in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Hybrid
Electric Vehicles (HEVs). Suitable for vocational schools, technical colleges, universities, and EV
training centers. The system shall be mounted on a mobile, heavy-duty steel or aluminum
profile frame with lockable wheels. All components must be automotive-grade and comply with
relevant EV industry standards.
The system shall support: Theoretical learning and Practical training (operation, diagnostics,
troubleshooting, and servicing)
System Configuration
The EV A/C training set shall include the following components:
Electric Compressor:- High-voltage or 12V/24V electrically driven compressor with integrated
control unit.
Condenser:- Equipped with an electric cooling fan.
Receiver/Drier or Accumulator:- Provided with sight glass (if applicable).
Expansion Device:- Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) or Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV)
(preferred).
Evaporator:- With electric blower fan.
High-Voltage Power Supply Simulation:- Safe DC source to simulate EV battery (200-400
VDC), with isolation protection.
Low-Voltage Power Supply:- 12V DC supply for auxiliary systems.
Control Panel:- Includes
