Description:
- The components of the hydraulic and electro-hydraulic trainer are designed to suit the theoretical and practical needs of technical education and industrial training activities.
- It’s flexibility and modular design enable the trainer to be expanded to accommodate to suit the required learning objectives or curriculum easily. The trainer, in addition to regular hydraulic and electro-hydraulic circuits experiments, hydraulic and electrohydraulic control technology applications also can be simulated.
- The structure of the trainer is constructed using aluminium profile and powder coated solid metal sheet. The trainer is fitted with castor wheel for easy mobility.
- The hydraulic components and electrical control modules can be easily mounted on the aluminium profile plate by utilizing “snap-lock” mechanism. Meanwhile, the connections of hydraulic components are attained by lockable cum spring design quick connect and self-sealing couplers with no leakage.
- The trainer can be further expanded to more advance level, for example, by using PLC or others controllers.
