A device for quickly and accurately measuring the density of electrolyte in a battery. The device itself is an electronic refractometer, that is, the principle of operation is based on measuring the refractive index of the sample. Built-in algorithm for converting the refractive index into the density value of diluted sulfuric acid (electrolyte for the battery). Measurement procedure: The sampling tube is lowered into the battery jar, with the help of the built-in pear, the test electrolyte is sucked in. After pressing the Start key, the sample is measured and the temperature is corrected using the built-in automatic temperature compensation function. The screen displays the value of the density of sulfuric acid - electrolyte. Thus, a 24-can battery can be measured in minutes.
Equipment must comply with applicable standards. Acceptable "Variations ± 15% of the required parameter values, provided that such changes do not affect the intended functionality of the equipment"
