Engine Training Simulators (Automotive Training Systems)
Automotive Engine Training Simulators – Short Specification (Easy Matching): Supply, installation, and commissioning of hybrid engine simulator, gasoline engine simulator, and CRDI diesel engine simulator, all fully operational and designed for automotive training, testing, diagnosis, and fault simulation;
Systems shall be based on 4-cylinder engines (1.6–2.0 L) including gasoline engine, CRDI diesel engine, and hybrid system (gasoline engine + electric motor + high-voltage battery + inverter + DC-DC converter + hybrid control system);
Each unit shall include complete engine systems (fuel injection, ignition, intake, exhaust, cooling, ECU, battery/charging system) with control panel displaying key parameters and providing access to sensors, actuators, and measuring terminals; simulators must support training functions such as system operation, ECU inputs/outputs, diagnostics, electrical measurements, and component identification, along with fault simulation modules for key sensors/actuators and system faults (engine, fuel, ignition, HV system, injectors, etc.);
All units shall be mounted on heavy-duty mobile frames with safety guards, emergency stop, proper labeling, and full accessibility; supply shall include user manuals, training manuals, wiring diagrams, installation, commissioning, and user training, with minimum 48 months warranty.
