  • Additional lens protection of focus lens:

  • Collision detection function:

  • During the cutting process, if the cutting head collides, the machine will stop automatically.

  • Automatic edge finding function:

  • Before cutting, the position of the plate can be detected automatically, and the coordinate system of the cutting program can be adjusted automatically according to the position of the plate

Laser source

  • Fiber laser cutting machine adopts Raycus 1500W continuous fiber laser. The new generation laser has higher electro-optical conversion efficiency (> 30%), better and more stable beam quality, stronger anti high reaction ability. Meanwhile, the optimized second generation fiber transmission system is introduced to ensure a more stable and more precise cutting effect in thick plate cutting. The machine can be used in many applications, such as cutting, welding, drilling, medical device processing, etc. the cut plate has narrow slit and bright section, which has obvious advantages over the same type of laser.

Controller system

  • This equipment uses "cypress cypcut laser cutting control system" (hereinafter referred to as cypcut). The software is a set of laser cutting software for plane or tube cutting function, including laser cutting process processing, common layout function and laser processing control. The main functions include graphic processing, parameter setting, customized cutting process editing, layout, path planning, simulation and cutting process control software.

Water cooling system

  • The machine tool is equipped with the latest generation of high-performance water cooler as standard, which has good cooling effect and high reliability
