- Knitting speed: 8-Stage selection with maximum speed up to 1.2m/s (according to patterns and yarn materials).
- Racking: Controlled by servo motor racking within 1 inches and with fine adjusting function
- Sinker System: Stepper motor control with 0-256 stages to choose can easily knit different fabrics.
- Transfer: Front and back , simultaneous transfer in dependent of carriage direction.
- Roller takedown System: Stepper motor control with 0-99 stages to choose any setting on each stage suitable to pull any fabrics.
- Protection System: Machine will automactically alarm and display its items if any error as yarn breaking, fail of racking needle , voltage instablity floating yarn and so on.
- Power supply: Single phase 220V, power 1kw, CMOS technologies, with memoryfunction at power off moment to continue knitting after restoring.
