SPECIFICATION

Panels made in metal case with bench support and the electrical scheme on the front panel. The board shall consist of a stereo FM receiver of up-to-date design, operating in the VHF wave range, carried out with dedicated integrated circuits. This panel shall contain a complete stereophonic FM receiver in the VHF range (88 ÷ 108MHz). The circuit shall correspond to a classic FM receiver that will use commercial integrated circuits and allow the pupil to examine carefully the fundamental points of view of the reception processing of the frequency modulated signals; besides, it shall allow to initiate the pupil into the search technique of some typical failures that can be artificially inserted in the receiver itself.

Technical Features:
The receiver of the super heterodyne type shall  include: the antenna circuit with varicap tuning, the frequency converter, the intermediate frequency amplifier, the quadrature detector with automatic frequency control. Complete with PLL stereo decoder, two audio amplifiers and two loudspeakers. A micro switch system, hidden behind a door, shall allow to introduce 8 faults in the receiver circuits. Frequency range: from 88 to 108 MHz, Intermediate frequency: 10.7 MHz, Oscillator: 76 kHz (VCO), Output power: 2 x 1 W at 8 N, Power supply: + 15 Vdc, 500 mA.
