SPECIFICATION

It is used for determination of value of 'g' by measurement of fall time of a steel ball. Measurement of time can be performed with the help of timer, The apparatus consists of the release unit which has a plate with a pair of metal spring clips. Connections are made through 4mm sockets. Cable release opens the clips, thus ball releases and breaks the contact between clips. The second trip unit situated on baseboard, consists of a trip plate and a microswitch. It is designed to break an electrical circuit when struck by the diameters. Supplied without timer.
