- Spare Parts:
- A list of manufacturer’s recommended, spare parts sufficient for 3 years of operation must be submitted. The list must be individually itemized, customized, costed and submitted with bids.
- Inspection-installation:
- Upon arrival in Mozambique, the Supplier must undertake final assembly and pre-delivery inspection (PDI), plus basic training on the operation and maintenance of the machine before handover to the end users
- Training shall cover the final assembly and pre-delivery inspection, setting up operation and a range of seed cleaning and routine maintenance, and health and safety aspects.
- The Supplier shall provide required technical assistance in running the equipments at least for one season and provide guidance to the local staff in operation and maintenance of the equipments supplied.
- The cost of undertaking final assembly, pre-delivery inspection plus basic training, must be included in the DAP price.
