The SIM800L V2 modem is a wireless GSM GPRS module that can be used for sending/receiving messages, making calls, sending/receiving data over the internet, etc. This makes it useful for applications such as home automation and agriculture automation. The SIM800L GSM GPRS module supports quad-band 850/900/1800/1900MHz and can transmit Voice, SMS, and data information with low power consumption. You can directly connect the SIM800L GSM modem to boards compatible with Arduino with the help of VCC and TTL serials. The SIM800L GSM modem module has a small size and is suitable for embedded systems and features a gold-plated board that provides a stable performance. You can change the antenna arbitrarily by using the IPX interface.
