SPECIFICATION
- The HPLC system must be suitable for pharmaceutical educational purposes. The system must operate to pressures of 3000 psi. It must comes equipped with the standa?d "peek" unit valve and system pressure is obtained using the software in either "ss" or "peek" configurations. The pumping system on all the instrume?ts must be a high-quality singlepiston pump with a built-in pluse damper with a two-stage injection valve with 20μ l loop is istandard. The pump flow rates are from 0.0ml/min to l0ml/min. The hplc unit must have a very sensitive, and stable filter photometer for routine assays at the most common wavelengths. The unit must come equipped with a 254nm fixed wavelength filter photometerand must come complete with a column, fittings, a pump, and injector hardware for instant setupand analysis.
