SPECIFICATION

Hybrid Engine Simulator

  1. The equipment shall be a fully operational hybrid gasoline-electric engine training simulator intended for automotive technical education and practical training.
  2. The unit shall enable demonstration, diagnosis, testing, and fault simulation of the main systems of a hybrid vehicle powertrain in a safe training environment.

Specifications

  1. Minimum Technical Configuration
  2. The simulator must include at minimum:
  3. Gasoline internal combustion engine Electric motor / traction motor
  4. High-voltage battery pack Inverter
  5. DC-DC converter
  6. Hybrid control system or equivalent Cooling system
  7. Exhaust system
  8. Battery charging system or battery management demonstration function Instrumentation / indication panel
  9. Diagnostic connector
  10. Accessible measuring terminals for testing and diagnosis

Training Functions

  1. The simulator must allow training on at minimum: Hybrid powertrain operation
  2. Interaction between gasoline engine and electric motor High-voltage system operation and diagnosis
  3. Battery charging system operation and diagnosis Cooling system operation
  4. Air intake / airflow measurement Ignition system operation
  5. Electrical and electronic system measurements Component identification and functional understanding

Fault Simulation and Diagnosis

  1. The simulator must provide fault simulation capability for at minimum:
  2. Airflow measurement / intake-related faults
  3. Camshaft sensor fault or equivalent engine timing sensor fault Crankshaft sensor fault or equivalent engine timing sensor fault Ignition system fault

Injector fault

  1. High-voltage system fault Battery charging system fault
  2. Faults shall be insertable through a dedicated fault module, control panel, switch bank, or equivalent method.

Safety Requirements

  1. The simulator must include at minimum: Emergency stop button
  2. Battery disconnect switch or high-voltage isolation switch Protective covers / guards for hazardous areas
  3. High-voltage warning labels where applicable Safe access for measurement and training use
  4. Mechanical and Construction Requirements
  5. Mounted on a robust mobile frame or chassis Corrosion-resistant structure
  6. Industrial / educational-grade construction
  7. Front control panel with permanently labeled components and measuring points

Accessories and Documentation

  1. The equipment must be supplied with: User manual
  2. Training manual
  3. Wiring diagram / schematic diagram Protective cover
  4. Fire extinguisher suitable for the training environment
  5. Installation and Training
  6. The supplier must provide:
  7. Delivery, installation, and commissioning Functional testing at site
  8. User training on operation and use
  9. User training on safety procedures for hybrid / HV systems
