- Impact of Jet Apparatus has been designed to measure the force generated by the impingement of the jet of water on a stationary object and to demonstrate the principle of linear momentum.
- Cylindrical shell, Plexiglas, 250 mm diameter, 400 mm height.
- Base plate with leveling screws, steel frame, and powder coated for Corrosion resistance, 400 mm X 400 mm X 36 mm.
- Target deflectors, 1800 hemi-spherical, 1200 Cone,300 flat target.
- Nozzle, 8 mm diameter.
- Impact force measurement system consisting of compression spring, dead weights, weight pan and level gauge, capacity: 40N.
- Set of dead weights – 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500 grams.
- Distance between the nozzle and target deflector: 30 mm.
