SPECIFICATION
The machine shall be as followings:
- 10 HP AC motors make of ABB, SIEMENS make or equivalent
- AC frequency drive with panel
- Paper roll size shall be 700 mm in diameter, 1200 mm in length of two nos.
- Clutch shall be provided for maintaining tension on paper.
- One top cutter shaft and one bottom cutter shaft shall be provided with Suitable nos. of top cutter and bottom cutter.
- Suitable Spacer for the top and bottom cutter shall be provided.
- Top roller shall be chrome plated.
- Three rubberiest guide rollers shall be provided.
- One tension adjust roller for uniform slitting shall be provided.
- Paper tension shall be set by the break drum from the operator side.
- The paper roller alignment shall be done easily by a handle from the operator side.
- Minimum slitting size shall be 12 mm.
- Maximum rewinding diameter shall not be less than 400mm
- Paper roll shall be 50 mm in diameter.
