Scope of Study:- Construction of PID controller circuits using Operational Amplifier. Study the Basic principle of P, I, D using electrically heated model process where the temperature is controlled. To study problems under maintaining the process temperature under variation of heat losses by changing the flow of cooling air.
Study all modes (P, P + I, P+D, P + I + D) in actual conditions.

- In built DC regulated power supply +15V
- Amplifier circuit using IC Ad741
- Control circuits using operational amplifier IC 741
- Controller unit provided with all controls.
- Model process unit consist of Electrically heated arrangement using high wattage bulbs.
- 2 Analog moving coil meter to display temperature deviation and percentage of Power applied
- RTD (PT 100) sensor placed to monitor the process temperature
- Fan controller
- Should be supplied with High wattage bulbs, Electrical fan, Power Chord, Patch Chords & Instruction Manual
