- Simulation of real-life industrial production equipment of varying complexity
- Modular, flexible and open to further expansion
- Standardized and uniquely defined interfaces at station and system level
- Open to new technologies, ideas and requirements
- Connecting cable (banana jack)
- Each training system shall have these components and sensors:
- The pneumatic components are all fitted with D4 one-push fitting and all the component’s position can be adjusted and secured by means of latch mechanism or magnet
- The electrical connection shall have compatible banana connector socket
- All components have magnets or spring-latch mechanism to hold onto the training board
- Double acting 5/2 way solenoid valve (2 pcs)
- Single acting 5/2 way solenoid valve (1 pcs)
- Single acting 3/2 way solenoid valve (1 pcs)
- Double acting D20x100 stroke cylinder couple with 2 pcs reed switch (2 sets)
- Cylindrical inductive sensor unshielded (M12 or above) (2 pcs)
- Cylindrical diffuse reflective sensor (M12 or above) (2 pcs)
- Cylindrical capacitive sensor (detecting distance 8mm or more) (2pcs)
- Pressure regulator with 8 way distributor (1set)
- 2 Pushbutton momentary, 4 N/O and 4 N/C contacts and 1 Latch switch, 2 NO and 2 NC contacts (4 sets)
- 4 led light and 1 buzzer unit (1 set)
- 10 terminal distributor for 24VDC and 10 terminal distributor for 0V (1 set)
- Conveyor track (flat) coupled with motor with speed control: Motorize with connection for PLC and Potentiometer for speed control Including installation, testing, commission
