TO SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALL, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF NEW PLC Trainer. The equipment is necessary to provide 
students with technical and practical experiences in modern Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) equipped with IoT gateway to 
implement IR4.0 technology. It serves to specialisation courses, namely, Industrial Automation & Control Systems, Robotics 
Technology, and exposure to latest industrial requirements.
The system shall come with the following minimum features/requirements:

·         Installation, Commissioning and Training
·         Documentations
1.0 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
1) The trainer shall comprises of human-machine interface (laptop or equivalent), a programmable logic controller (PLC) equipped 
with IoT gateway, distribution module, processing and transfer module, testing module, and conveyor systems and ejecting 
module. 
2) Each module shall be programmed independently and can be integrated together to form a small-scale automation system. The 
small-scale automation system shall be an integration of networked automation to cloud-based server via IoT gateway to enable 
implementing IR4.0 Technology.
3) The PLC shall be Siemens S7 series or latest. The support software must be perpetual and shall be complied with IEC 61131-3 
Standard programming languages.
4) Users can interact with a simulated industrial process, gaining practical skills in system configuration, programming (in Ladder 
diagram, Sequential function chart, Function block diagram (FBD), and Statement lists (ST)) and troubleshooting.
Electrical supply for the training set shall be 230VAC/50Hz single-phase. 
5) Pneumatic supply for the training set shall be powered from the overhead pneumatic supply exists in the PLC laboratory in UTP.
6) The training systems shall be supplied with complete connectors, peripherals and accessories.
7. In the case of the training set will equipped with a desktop, the  with minimum requirement as follows:
     i.Intel Core i7 Microprocessor
     ii.RAM 16GB DDR5
    iii Hard Disk: Minimum 256GB SSD & 1TB HDD
    iv. At least a 24” LCD monitor
    v. Licensed Operating System, Window 11 or above
    vi. Keyboard & mouse kit
2.0 INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING:
i) Equipment must be delivered to Univeriti Teknologi PETRONAS
ii) Proper installation must be handled by competency PIC
iii) Testing & Commisioning (T&C) shall be provided
iv) All common material, testing sample must be provided during T&C.
v) The supplier shall be responsible and providing all the necessary accessories during site such as connection to utility i.e Power 
connection (single phase 240V)
vi) Training must provide within 1-2 days on-site training / demonstration by qualified personnel for the users / operators of the 
instruments after installation and commissioning.
3.0DOCUMENTATIONS:
i) Sufficient document or detailed quotation and catalog of the proposed system are required for technical evaluation
ii) Operating and maintenance manual in English language
iii) Common spares / consumables list must be provided   
iv) Warranty:  At least One (1) year
v) Equipment must be attach with complete JSA starting from installation until to operation and shutdow
