- A trainer unit with automatic and manual synchronization modes that includes two 3- phase synchronous generators (the synchronous generators mentioned above). Control of active and reactive power share of each unit is required. It should also contain measurement means and displays for all necessary parameters for synchronization.
- The above unit will be used to:
- Study synchronization between the two generators with each other.
- Study synchronization between one generator and the main grid.
- Study real and reactive power sharing.
