Preparation wall benches should be made of three units joined together, and fixed to the wall at the side of the preparation room.
Two units are bench units with the following specifications:
- Dimensions: 750 mm X 1240 X 2500 mm.
- 1 open shelf installed on the service columns above the worktop, with a carrying capacity of up to 15 kg
- 1 trespa back panel with a height of 1800 mm
- 2 service columns installed to a height of 1800 mm on each side
- 1 cupboard under the bench with one drawer and two shelves, one drawer and two shelves, all with spillage trays and a carrying capacity up to 15 kg, with lockable doors.
- 1 cupboard under the bench with four lockable drawers all fitted with spillage trays and a carrying capacity up to 15 kg, with lockable doors
- 2 cupboards attached to the wall above bench. The cupboard should have two vertical partitions, each containing two shelves, and with spillage trays a carrying capacity of up to 15 kg, with lockable doors
- Y-type double gas tap
- 2 iron tripod stands
- 1 dual electrical DP switched socket.
One unit is a sink unit with the following specifications:
- Dimensions: 750 mm x 1240 mm x 2500 mm.
- 1 trespa back panel with a height of 1800mm.
- 2 service columns installed to a height of 1800 mm on each side.
- 1 single basin of a suitable size made of acid-resistant material and two water taps with a long curved neck, and a cupboard with a waste bins and two closing door underneath
