Scope of work :

• Supply,  delivery,  installation,  testing  and  commissioning  of  semi  automatic  HV  coil  winding  machine all complete set for distribution transformer.  

Machine Type:  

• The type of Winding machine shall be semiautomatic. 

Coil Weight:  

• The coil weight shall not be less than 100 kg (excluding mandrill weight).

Traverse Unit:  

• A  transverse  unit  with  low  backslash  high  precision  Ball  Screw  mounted  on  high  precision  guide  ways  tray  to  accommodate  round  conductor  with  programmable  tension  control  system  close  loop  Ac Servo Motor controlled traverse. 

Winding Head:

• Single  Spindle  Side  loading  Steel  Structural  frame  with  Direct  Shaft  Driven  asynchronous  geared motor of 7.5 KW With output Rpm of 600 Continuously Variable type through close loop Precision Machine controller. 

Control System:

• It  shall  be  closed  loop  servo  tension  control  with  dancer  feedback  mechanism  for  conductor.  It shall  have  air  shaft  mounted  interlayer  paper  insulation  feeders  with  constant  tension  control  and tailstock  support.  Adjustable  wire  guide  unit  close  to  winding  shall  be  provided.  Programmable logic  controlled  system  base  with  YASKAWA  or  Equivalent  make  Ac  Servo  motors  and  drives 
• with 10 inch touch screen based colour operator interface. 

Winding Width:  

• The width of the winding shall be up to 600 mm or more.  

Coil Shape:

• The shape of coil shall be round/ oval/rectangular.  

Coil length:  

• shall be up to 650 mm or more. 

Swing Diameter:

• The swing diameter shall be 600 mm or max . 

Tail stock:

• Tail stock shall be pneumatically operated, side support.  

Conductor Type size:

• The conductors used are super enameled copper wire.  
• The sizes of the conductor are of 0.5 to 3.5 mm in diameter.  

Insulation: 

• Edge cutting arrangement for the full width paper with end filling option shall be provided.  

Safety Devices and protection covers: 

•  Machine shall have safety devices like EMG switch, Foot switch to make safety towards operator side during running.  

Spares and consumables:

• Set  of  all  consumables  for  one  years  shall  be  provided  along  with  the  machine.  One  set  of  extra 
• mandrill shall also be provided along with spares.  

Additional Provisions: 

• Suitable  power  socket  on  side  of  tail  stock/head  stock  for  using  solder  gun,  glue  gun  etc.  Wire feeding  unit  shall  have  disengage  command  to  move  the  traverse  movement,  for  last  layer  of winding to modify the finish point. Wire cut sensor to be provided to sense the wire on wire guide.
