Single Beam UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
It must have Deuterium Lamp, Tungsten Halogen Lamp light source with diffraction gratings of 1200 lines per mm.
Spectrophotometer must be able to work in UV (ultraviolet) and VIS (visible) wavelengths.
It should have single beam optical system with Czerny-Turner Monochromator type. Detector should
have photodiode type with fixed spectral bandwidth.
Source Wavelength should be minimum 200 nm and max 1000 nm with resolution of 0.5 nm , wavelength accuracy of 1 nm and bandwidth 2.0 nm.
Spectrophotometer must be able to measure in Transmittance, Absorbance and Concentration (Wavelength, time) modes with scanning speed of at least 300 nm/ Second and Focal length between 100 to 149 nm.
Max. Photometric Absorbance must be 2 nm with Photometric Absorbance accuracy of 0.005 nm, Photometric Transmittance must be 100 % and Max Photometric Reflectance must be 0.005 %
Display type should be in built LCD type of at least 3 inch and printing of results must be possible through external printer.
It should be having capacity of at least 6 sample holders with maximum path length of 10mm. minimum 8 numbers of cuvettes must be supplied along with the system.
It must be able to work on 230 V ± 10V Voltage, 50 Hz frequency, 10 - 40?C temperature range and at least 80 % Relative Humidity.
