Phase single phase, No. of pole 4, Type Capacitor type Rated power 1 HP or 0.75 KW, Rated voltage 230 Volt , Speed 1440 RPM, Frequency 50 Hz , IP rating IP44, Insulation Class A Material Cast iron, Winding material Copper, Machine Control Panel & Operating Area Control panel board consist of high grade FRP material or better material in compliance with relevant IS/IEC safety standards.
- The Electrical Control Panel dimensions Minimum size of size Length 900 mm; Depth 250 mm; Height 750 mm or a pre approved design of bidder with NABL Tested lab certificate of electrical safety.
- The rear of the panel covered with transparent sheet removable so that the circuit connections are visible and electrically safe with suitable locking arrangement.
- Control panel mounted and to be fixed on a Frame stand via Nut bolt or any arrangement through which the panel can be removed easily.
- The MS Frame/stand made of suitable size of MS channel/angle/Square Pipe or better type.
- Frame/stand rust free power coated.
- The floor height of the Frame/Stand’s Top Min. 900 mm so that the control panel mounted on 900 mm from floor. The MS Stand/frame shall have suitable foundation arrangement.
- The working area arrangement fitted on front top side of the Stand/frame. The Working area of Minimum dimensions as Length 900 mm and Width 300 mm
