Introduction:
- The proposed Temperature Sensor and Pressure Sensor shall be FULLY integrated with digital instrument and it MUST be installed with latest IR4.0 technology features, not limited to the following IR4.0 technologies:
- Control System
- Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) System
- Internet-Of-Things (IoT) System
- Augmented Reality (AR) System
- The proposed Temperature Sensor and Pressure Sensor shall be designed with the following modules and sub-systems:
- Temperature Sensor (PT100)
- Pressure Sensor
- Switches and Push Buttons
- Utilities Required
- Calibration
Features:
- The proposed Temperature Sensor and Pressure Sensor must Comply the study features as following :
- The Training kit must include a benchtop direct current (DC) power supply, a pair of integrated PT100 sensor and pressure sensor and a multimeter to measure 4-20 mA current in the wiring loop
- The training kit must be provided as mounted on an aluminum profile skid with four caster wheels which is portable and can be easily dismantled.
- Aluminium profile must be 20 mm x 20 mm.
- All the wire connection points must be quick disconnection type to allow the students to practice the wiring connection
- The overall size of the training kit shall not exceed approx. L 600mm x W 400mm X H 1000mm
- Temperature and pressure instrument measurement.
- Understand the temperature and pressure instrument calibration.
