Volumetric flask (250ml)
- Material: High-quality Borosilicate 3.3 Glass (resistant to thermal shock and chemical attack). Some variants are made of transparent polymethyl pentene (TPX) or polypropylene (PP) for plastic, or amber-coated glass for light-sensitive compounds.
- Structure: Heavy-duty, pear-shaped or conical body with a flat base to prevent tipping.
- Neck: Elongated and narrow to ensure high sensitivity to small volume changes.
- Stopper: Generally fitted with a ground glass stopper or interchangeable PTFE/polypropylene stoppers
- Accuracy: 250 mL: ± 0.12 -0.15 ml.
- Temperature Resistance: up to 400-500°C
