Designed with a rigid is-2062 steel frame and modular construction, this welding table offers durability, flexibility, and excellent load-bearing capacity for heavy-duty industrial use.

Key Features:

1. Rigid welded frame construction with IS-2062 steel allows loading of heavy components.

2. Single point reference machining of frame results in maintaining tolerance.

3. Surface is made out of IS-2062 steel which is tough enough against cracks on the working surface. Steel surface is proven to be more durable than cast iron.

4. Nitrided steel surface plates minimize welding spatter from sticking to the surface.

5. Nitriding also hardens the surface to 28–35 HRC.

6. Nitriding also minimizes rust formation.

7. Black oxide coating after nitriding increases durability of the surface.

8. Modular construction allows the user to add or remove surface plates whenever required.

9. Protruding jobs can be easily accommodated with the modular table by simply removing the plates from the top – a feature not possible in single-piece cast iron tables.

10. Replacing worn out or damaged components can be quickly done due to modular construction.
