Air Conditioning Training System

This training set up actual working structure of original renowned (Samsung/Voltas/LG/ blue star/ Carrier or equivalent (technicality and functionality)) split AC system with aluminum profile based trolley type structure for easy to movement with casterwheel.Acrlicminic diagram of actual working principal of A.C. system provided on panel lefthand side for easy to understand and apply. Split AC Workstation which is floor mounted and made up of Aluminium profiles. MDF Desk is  provided with minimum dimensions of 1200mm x 600mm x 35mm(Thickness) on which two students can work at a time. Four revolving wheels is provided with workstation for easy movement. This workstation is comes with standard Computer with mounting facility. Pedestal with 4 drawers in MDF is comes with this workstation with minimum total dimension of (wd-400mm x D-450mm x Ht-550mm),
The size of the Refrigeration workstation is 1100(L) X500(W) X 1200 (H) mm Minimum.

·         Compressor : Hermetically sealed compressor. Capacity 1 Ton, Condenser : Air cooled compatible to 1 Ton compressor·        
·         Condenser Cooling fan : Compatible capacity with permanent lubricated motor.
·         Pressure Gauges : 2 Nos.
·         Evaporator : Made of copper tube and aluminum fins fitted with compatible capacity fan.·       
·         Safety Control : Over load and over current protection for compressor with Time delay circuit.·        
·         Expansion Device : Capillary Tube compatible capacity.
·         Temperature Sensor : RTD PT-100 Type.
Split AC actual working Simulator. It should provide testing and troubleshooting of components and devices commonly found in actual air conditioning systems, including the following Compressor, Condenser coil, Evaporator coil, Capillary tube, Thermostatic expansion valve, Filter-drier, Air filter, Outdoor fan motor, Indoor fan motor, Compressor, contactor, Start relay, Indoor fan, relay, Transformer, Crankcase, heater, Compressor, run, capacitor, Compressor start capacitor, Fan motor capacitor, Room thermostat, Low pressure switch, High pressure switch and Circuit breaker Supply, installation, commissioning, testing and training of Electronics Repair and Maintenance Laboratory Training Kits as per specification and description. The individual connections and its fitting for each Training Kits, its installation and commissioning shall be in the scope of supplier.
