Low Temperature Deep Freezers ( Vertical) 

1. Laboratory freezers are required for storing and maintaining certain reagents, enzymes and clinical/ biological specimens/ strains/ DNA at required storage temperature ranging between -10 to -25⁰C
2. Main specifications:- One-door small freezer, to be used as free-standing freezer.
3. Net capacity: 100-108 litres
4. External Dimensions (W × D × H): approximately 550 mm × 607 mm × 850 mm.

The line cord / Power cord supplied with the equipment shall be of acceptable durability, length, and current carrying capacity complying with Indian Standards.
21. Power consumption: Approximately 150 W.
22. Conform to Indian Electrical Safety standards or international standards like IEC 60601–1, UL 61010–1, EN 61010–1.

24. Manufacturer’s certificate- The manufacturer must have a management system certified to ISO 9001.
25. Declaration of conformity to the requirements of standards and regulations of the directives that apply to the product, including energy classification, gas used as refrigerant, climate class.
26. One certificate to state that the freezer has been calibrated at the factory.
27. Quality and safety standards met by the product must be listed.

29. At least one set of operation, maintenance and service manuals for the freezer, written in United Nations languages (or at least in English) and preferably also in the official national language of the country requesting the freezer.
30. Installation and maintenance- Any prerequisites for installation to be communicated to the purchaser in advance, in detail.
31. The supplier to provide an after-sale service that covers the whole country. The service has competent staff, adequate infrastructure and sufficient spare parts to be able to respond to any complaints and to repair or replace the freezer within 14 days.

33. All standard accessories, consumables and parts required to operate the equipment, including all standard tools and cleaning material, to be included in the offer. Bidders to specify the quantity of every item included in their offer (including items not specified above).
34. Spare parts- Each freezer to be accompanied by an authorized list of accessories and spare parts.
35. Remarks- The equipment offered, including its power supply, to be designed and constructed to operate properly and continuously in the conditions of the purchaser’s country; the equipment may need to tolerate high humidity (as high as 90% at 35 °C), ambient temperatures of 5–40 °C, fungi, and spikes in the electricity supply.
