Technical Specifications
- The board is allow verifying the operation aspects of AM transmission, analyzing and recording the performances of circuits such as the carrier generator, the frequency harmonic multiplier, the modulator, the RF and antenna stage.
- This trainer consist of a simplified but comprehensive AM transmitter operating in the Mid-Wave range, and it will be possible to use it along with the AM receiver, thereby forming a complete communication system.
- This trainer is allow the student to become familiar with the application of AM in transmission, as well as to analyze and measure the performance of circuits such as the carrier generator, the frequency harmonic multiplexer, the modulator, the RF and antenna stages.
- The trainer include a faults simulator system to be programmed by the Instructor through micro-switches, located in the rear and protected by a lockable door. This will permit to practice troubleshooting techniques, besides alignment procedures for every stage of the transmitter.
- The trainer is equipped with ancillary devices such as: dummy load, output RF power measuring circuit, sinusoidal test tone generator.
