SPECIFICATION
We are looking for a supplier to build a computer?controlled electrical training panel for the Australian market, focused on fault finding (UEEEL0039).
Please refer to the Bestech 710B test bench as a reference. We do not need an identical copy, but the panel should serve a similar purpose: a residential?style installation (single?phase + three?phase) with remote fault injection via touch screen and web browser.
Key requirements:
10" HMI with local and remote control (embedded web server)
Up to 54 switchable faults, grouped as follows:
Polarity (POL) – 14 faults
Open Circuit (OC) – 7 faults
Short Circuit (SC) – 3 faults
Interconnection (INTC) – 1 fault
Fault Loop Impedance (ZS) – 9 faults
Earthing (ERTH) – 8 faults
Insulation Resistance (IR) – 10 faults
Solar (SOL) – 2 faults
Live testing allowed – must include safety resistors, emergency stop, and preferably an internal isolation transformer
Test points (4mm banana sockets) for voltage, Zs, insulation resistance
Alternative energy input (solar simulation with independent earth)
Compliance with AS/NZS 3000:2018, AS/NZS 4836, and UEEEL0039
We prefer Australian market components (Clipsal, NHP, Schneider, Hager) over generic parts.
Please tell us what controller you would use (industrial PLC or custom board) and whether you would share the editable program with us.
Quote 4 units on CIF Fremantle (Perth) basis, including warranty and lead time.
