SPECIFICATION

Insulating oil testers are market standards since 1960 and several thousands of units are in use around the world. Series 19517 to 19519 are fully automatic micro controller based system, completely self-contained, compact and portable giving smooth variable test voltage from 0 to 60, 80 or 100 kV for testing the dielectric strength of insulating oil in accordance with all international standards like IEC 156 / IS 6792 / ASTM D 1816 / ASTM D 877 / UNE 21 specifications.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:
The system is fully automatic, which carries out selected test, ensuring complete safety and at the end generates printed reports with test type ,date, time, bdv, average bdv, deviations. The tester conducts selected test repetitively with high accuracy, completely eliminating dependence on the skills and training of the operator. The tester has control and data logging unit, which logs the voltage at the time of occurrence of the
break down and proceeds to conduct the subsequent steps such as stirrer operation and wait time of the cycle as per the selected programme.
