2. Temperature Process Training System

•  Setting up and demonstrating automatic control
•  The principles of loop control and the calibration and tuning of temperature transmitters  and thermocouples
•  Operation of a temperature control system

3. Pressure Process Training System

•  Proportional, integral and derivative control
•  Setting up and demonstrating automatic control
•  The principles of loop control and the calibration and tuning of controllers, transmitters, converters and valves 

4. Flow Process Training System

•  Proportional, integral and derivative control
•  Setting up and demonstrating automatic control
•  The principles of loop control and the calibration and tuning of controllers, transmitters,  converters and valves
•  Calibration of an orifice flow meter with a differential pressure transmitter
•  Quadratic flow laws and square root extraction
• Cascade control of the above process (pressure and flow, and level and flow)
• The above can be on one panel provided the highlighted learning outcomes can be met. Student will have to do trade tests on the panels.
