SPECIFICATION
- With testing rod and base plate The slump cone having dimension as (ID-100mm at top ID- 200mm at bottom & length 300mm) is filled with freshly mixed concrete and is tamped with a tamping bar in four layers. The top of the concrete is levelled off with the top of the slump cone, the cone is lifted vertically up and the slump of the sample is immediately measured. The equipment consist of the following replaceable parts : Slump Cone 1 No. Base plate with swivel handle 1 No. Tamping rod steel, 16 mm dia x 600 mm length with ISI certification mark IS: 10086 1 No. Application: This test is considered suitable for cohesive and plastic mixes of concrete containing aggregate.
