Frame Construction: Welded steel angle section (50x50x5 mm minimum) H-leg frame. Full penetration welds, ground smooth. Bolted assembly for easy field replacement.
Top Plate: Minimum 6 mm thick steel plate, flat to ≤ 0.5 mm per meter. No distortion
under rated load.
Middle Shelf: Minimum 2.0 mm powder-coated steel plate (not compressed wood -oil coolant resistant)
Frame Legs: Minimum 2.3 mm steel angle section, welded
Levelling Feet: Adjustable levelling feet on all legs (M16 thread minimum), with rubber antivibration pads. Height adjustment range ±30 mm minimum.
Surface Coating: Epoxy powder coat. minimum 60 microns DFT. Color Industrial green or grey.
Load Capacity: Minimum 500 kg uniformly distributed.
