The Dead Weight Pressure Gauge Tester Setup (52325-52328) is useful for testing pressure gauge, vacuum gauge and other sensing, transmitting and recording pressure and vacuum instruments.

Specifications

  1. Screw pump to generate pressure in the circuit easily and accurately.
  2. Hydraulic fluid is generally a mineral oil, but glycerin is used for testing oxygen gauges.
  3. Free piston assembly of special steel, hardened, tempered, stress relieved, ground lapped and super finished to accurate size and very fine surface finish to provide true floating action. A carrier weight can be directly fixed on to the free piston.
  4. Set of weights directly marked in convenient values of pressure and easily stacked on the carrier weight.
  5. Gauge connector of ½’’ BSP (female) union for connecting gauge to be tested. Other sizes of gauge can be connected by using adaptors.
  6. Accuracy: ±0.1% of FS.
  7. Pressure ranges: 0.2-16 kg/cm2, 0.2-25 kg/cm2, 0.4-40 kg/cm2, 1-70 kg/cm2, 2-100 kg/cm2.
