- This apparatus basically consists of a double chamber Perspex box of 10mm wall thickness, having approximate outside dimensions of 60mmx300mm x 600mm and fixed with specific orifice plates of non-corrosive metal.
- The chambers to be fitted with vertical measuring scales to indicate water levels.
- The box to be mounted on a metal frame work (preferably stainless steel) and fitted with all necessary control valves & pipe parts.
- To determine the coefficient of discharge of the orifice.
- To determine time of emptying a tank.
- To determine the time of flow from one tank to another
