SPECIFICATION

Experimental Training Board has been designed specifically to study the working and construction of Sequential Timer. It consists of three timers connected in cascade to form a sequential timer. The time period of each timer can be set independently. Timers are very useful in industrial applications such as automatic control, automatic testing, sequential operations of machines etc. The board is absolutely self contained and requires no other apparatus.
Practical experience on this board carries great educative value for Science and Engineering Students.

Features:
The board consists of the following built-in parts :
  1. 12V at 200mA, IC regulated Power Supply.
  2. Circuit based on three Timer ICs.
  3. LEDs, for indication of each timer operation.
  4. Three sequences with variable time (time period can be varied from approx. 2 sec. to 15 sec.).
  5. Toggle switch, for automatic continuous sequencing operation.
  6. Switch Push to OFF, to reset all the timers.
  7. Switch Push to ON , for providing TRIGGER to start sequence.
  8. Relay contacts are provided on the panel for external load connections.
  9. Adequate no. of other electronic components.
  10. Mains ON/OFF switch, Fuse and Jewel light.
  11. The unit is operative on 230V ±10% at 50Hz A.C. Mains.
  12. Good Quality, reliable terminal/sockets are provided at appropriate places on panel for connections / observation of waveforms.
