Practical experience on this board carries great educative value for Science and Engineering Students.

Object:
To study Repetitive Electronic Timer.
  1. To verify the Time "ON" periods of the given Timer.
  2. To verify the Time "OFF" periods of the given Timer.
  3. To use the Timer to operate any external device, periodically.

Features:
The board consists of the following built-in parts:
  1. 300V D.C. at 100mA, Power Supply internally connected.
  2. 6V A.C. at 600mA, Power Supply.
  3. A valve fitted on base and wired internally.
  4. Relay contact terminals for "ON" and "OFF" position.
  5. Relay Current Rating 3Amp. for Inductive load at 230V and 6Amp. for Resistive load at 230V.
  6. Four sets of 0.5, 5, 10 and 30 Sec, "ON" and "OFF" periods provided for external device by means of two band switches.
  7. Adequate no. of other electronic components.
  8. Mains ON/OFF switch, Fuse and Jewel light.
  9. The unit is operative on 230V ±10% at 50Hz A.C. Mains.
  10. Adequate no. of patch cords stackable from rear both ends 4mm spring loaded plug length ½ metre.
  11. Good Quality, reliable terminal/sockets are provided at appropriate places on panel for connections/ observation of waveforms.
  12. Strongly supported by detailed Operating Instructions, giving details of Object, Theory, Design procedures, Report Suggestions and Book References.
