SPECIFICATION

Electro Hydraulic Trainer - 52068A is a self contained where demonstration of over 35 experiments is possible. Advance Hydraulic Trainer is a sophisticated, indigenous, new generation hydraulic teaching aid, specially developed to impart the best practical training in advanced hydraulics. It can be used as a Live Demonstrator to show functioning of various hydraulic components and control circuits. Operating pressure is kept at 20 bar for safety of the students. The components / equipments are mounted on an ergonomically designed mobile metal trolley with drip tray. The power pack is mounted at the bottom. The components are permanently mounted on the working area. "Quick Release Couplings" are used on the components and hoses for fast and easy connections. All the components are duly fitted with "Quick Adapters" and the hoses are fitted with quick couplers. The Advance Hydraulic Trainer consists of :

HYDRAULIC MOBILE BENCH

Hydraulic Trainer consist of flat control panel with general purpose component area and Mobile Table provided built using 40mm Aluminum profile rack. 04 no's of ABS plastic panel mounted on the aluminum rack with mimic diagram containing power supply with circuit breaker, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Digital Temperature Indication and Digital RPM Indicators.
General purpose area of size 1040 x 600 mm (WxH) having 252 points is provided for fixing Hydraulic Component.
Mobile Hydraulic Trainer Table size is 1040 x 550 x 600 mm (WxDxH) with Metal Sump on the top for oil collection.
4mm Shrouded Patched Chords with User Manual are provided.
